Last spring, we sat down with leaders at area universities just as they were transitioning their campuses to virtual operations and making difficult decisions at every turn. Nine months later, we’re revisiting the topic to check in on how educational institutions are continuing to adapt, evolve and innovate to meet the needs of students, faculty and staff. What lessons have been learned – and what are the implications for higher education and workforce development going forward?
