In 2018, St. Louis County Library was ranked as one of the best places to work by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Joining the team as Manager of Human Resources and rising to her current position as Director, Kristen Sorth has spent more than 20 years making decisions that shaped the culture of not just the organization but also the communities being served by library branches.
Come spend a morning learning about the strategies Sorth has implemented in hiring and retention, building design, and programming that have led to healthy and unique workplaces and community spaces around the county. Please bring your questions! We’re excited for a great conversation as we kick off this small-group coffee series for young professionals.
This event is open to young professionals (ages 35 and under). Space is limited, and registration is required.
Arrive at 7:30 to purchase coffee and/or breakfast. Conversation will start at 8:00 a.m.
