We’re pleased to announce that FOCUS team member Stefania Hoffman has been named to the new position of Recruiting Manager.
In this newly created role, Stefania will oversee recruiting, outreach and selection efforts for all of FOCUS St. Louis’ civic leadership programs, including Leadership St. Louis, Emerging Leaders, Coro Women In Leadership, FOCUS Impact Fellows and Experience St. Louis.
Stefania previously served as Leadership Program Manager, a role she held since joining FOCUS in October 2017. Prior to joining the FOCUS team, she held positions at Alpha Phi Fraternity Executive Office and The New School Office of Student Development and Activities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Cameron University and a master’s degree in Higher Education with a concentration in Student Affairs Administration from The George Washington University.
