About the program
The Coro™ Women In Leadership (WIL) program is a five-month, part-time training program that provides women the opportunity to refine their personal and professional leadership competencies, learn about the St. Louis community, and connect with other women from diverse backgrounds. Graduates of the program gain improved leadership effectiveness to apply to their personal and professional lives, an enhanced ability to network within the community, and the access to resources to produce results.
Structure of the program
The program utilizes the following training principles:
The Coro Women In Leadership program consists of five seminars, held on Saturdays (approximately one per month), and four Field Days held on Thursdays (approximately one per month). Seminars and Field Days are held all over the St. Louis community, giving participants the opportunity to visit a wide variety of locations and observe different styles of operation and leadership. Attendance is required at all sessions.
