FOCUS St. Louis Announces New Hire and Promotion

FOCUS St. Louis®, the region’s premier leadership organization, is pleased to announce the addition of Katie Carpenter to its full-time staff as Associate Director of Member and Alumni Relations. In addition, team member Jackie Kirouac-Fram, Ph.D., has been promoted to the role of Vice President.

 

In her newly created role, Katie Carpenter will manage all functions of member relations, including member acquisition and retention, stewardship, special events, and pipeline development. She will also be responsible for alumni relations, including planning and executing special events for alumni and implementing services and activities that engage alumni. Katie comes to FOCUS from COCA-Center of Creative Arts, where she served as the COCAbiz Program Manager for more than three years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in Non-Profit Management from Drake University. Katie is a graduate of the FOCUS Impact Fellows and Emerging Leaders programs, and she serves on the board for Perennial St. Louis.

 

In her new role as Vice President for FOCUS, Dr. Jackie Kirouac-Fram will oversee external affairs for the organization, including development, membership, alumni relations, marketing and communications. She previously served as Director of Development, a role she held since joining FOCUS in March 2016.
