New Diversity Leadership Fellowship Class Announced
Wednesday, February 17, 2016
FOCUS St. Louis® is pleased to announce the newest class of the Diversity Leadership Fellowship (DLF) program. Launched in 2014, DLF is offered each spring to provide a deep-dive into issues of inclusion, diversity and equity.
During the program, the 14 participants will explore topics such as race, ethnic and cultural identity; dynamics of privilege and power; leading and managing diversity initiatives; and strategies for interrupting racism through a three-tiered approach of theory, application and experience.
Upon completion, DLF graduates join a network of more than 8,000 FOCUS alumni from across the public, private and nonprofit sectors. For more information on the Diversity Leadership Fellowship, or other FOCUS leadership programs, visit www.focus-stl.org.
