FOCUS St. Louis® is proud to announce the most recent graduates of the Diversity Leadership Fellowship (DLF) program. First launched in 2014, the program is designed for those who share a strong drive to lead positive community change in the areas of diversity, inclusion and equity.

Over the course of the program sessions, the 14 participants in the Spring 2015 class had the opportunity to gain a deeper knowledge of the issues surrounding diversity and their own biases, while developing the skills needed to better serve their organizations and the community and champion the inherent value of diversity and justice. The program uses a three-tier approach of theory, application and experience to address topics such as the history and impact of race and place; race, ethnic and cultural identity; dynamics of privilege and power; leading and managing diversity initiatives; and strategies for interrupting racism.
