The final in a series of six forums, this event will include a discussion on how the coordination and expansion of disease prevention and management can make St. Louis a healthier place to live. Leaders in the field will share information on community health models that can improve the health of our region’s residents. The release of the latest Discussion Guide and Action Toolkit will highlight resources for supporting policies and programs that encourage better health in our communities.

The forum is free and open to the public, but registration is required. Light refreshments will be provided. 


Registration & Networking: 4:30-5:00 p.m.
Program: 5:00-7:00 p.m.
