Process of Systemic Change: People to Policy

Wednesday, March 23 • 6:30-8:00 p.m.
St. Louis Public Library  •  FREE

Join us for the second forum hosted by Forward Through Ferguson and FOCUS St. Louis on the implementation phase of the Ferguson Commission report.

In this interactive town hall forum, we'll explore the process of systemic change, focusing on the current landscape of municipal courts reform. Discussion will touch on recent developments and barriers to municipal court reform, the recent Municipal Division working group report to the Supreme Court of Missouri, and what solutions and pathways exist for moving forward.

To help us navigate these complex issues we have some key players in the change process at the event, including:

  • Kimberly Norwood, Washington University School of Law, Municipal Division Working Group
  • Thomas Harvey, Arch City Defenders
  • A representative from Better Together
  • A representative form the organizing community
