The economy. We hear about it every day, but how much do we actually know about it? The new Inside the Economy Museum inside the historic Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis will immerse you in a one-of-a-kind experience that explains the economy, and your role in it, in a fun and interactive way. Engage in a hands-on journey through nearly 100 exhibits that are brought to life through interactive displays, games, sculptures and videos.
The kick-off event of this year's Breakfast Connections is presented by FOCUS St. Louis at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
Bring a friend or business associate and enjoy the opportunity to network over a light breakfast. There is no fee to attend, but registration is required. Karen Branding, Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and past board member and program participant of FOCUS St. Louis, will give a brief presentation on the creation of the Inside the Economy Museum. Then, explore the museum and receive a special gift aimed to please.
No reservations will be taken after 12 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9, so don't delay.
Validated parking will be provided at the St. Louis Centre East Garage across the street from the Federal Reserve building. Please bring your parking ticket with you for validation.
Please note: The Bank has heightened security requirements in place. In accordance with Section 571.107(15) of the Revised Missouri Statutes, carrying a concealed firearm on the Bank's premises is prohibited. Everyone who enters the building must have a driver's license or other government issued picture ID and is required to walk through metal detectors. All purses, keys, cell phones and other hand-held items will be sent through X-ray equipment.
