STL Leaders Speak Out

What qualities do you expect to see in a highly effective leader?

They are people who take the time to understand the issues that they are working with, or against, or whatever. There is a personal quality about them, a human quality. We know that we all work so hard in business today, but the ones that are the most effective to me are the ones who actually can communicate, understand, get to the bottom of what it is that they are looking for, and are able to articulate what it is that they need to have done.-Melanie DiLeo (41 sec.)
