What qualities do you expect to see in a highly effective leader?
I think vision, honesty, integrity and a commitment to those values to move forward because many times in leadership positions, if you are truly, I think, providing the leadership necessary, its not always the most popular position to take. That’s the reason who is President of the United States, who are governors, who are representatives and senators are so very, very important in this process….
Candor, honesty hopefully integrity to a certain set of core values, that I think is very important. And a commitment to social justice and a commitment to making sure that we do, I think, everything necessary to give the next generation of Missourians an opportunity to be more successful than we are.-Gov. Bob Holden (46 sec.)
