	Facilitated a year-long strategic planning process for Trailnet in 2007-08 and 2004. The process included working with the board, staff, and a planning committee to create a new vision and three-year planning document while refining the organization's mission and values. The process included conducting stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and a membership survey.
	Provided technical assistance and organizational strategic planning services to neighborhood-based community development organizations for the Regional Housing and Community Development Alliance (RHCDA).
	Partnered with Development Strategies, Inc. to facilitate the St. Louis County Government 2000-2004 Strategic Plan.
	Selected by the Parkway School District to design and facilitate a Public Engagement and Long Range Planning process.
	Assisted the City of Kirkwood’s newly formed Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee in formulating a strategy for revising the city’s master plan.
